SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in measurement of airspeed, ground speed and angular orientation of aircraft relative to ground, in determination of authenticity of measurement of present speed of aircraft. When authenticity is determined wind velocity and its systematic component are found, airspeed of aircraft is found by ground speed and systematic component of wind velocity. Systematic component of wind velocity is found on preceding specified time interval or distance relative to present time. Present speed is taken as initial value of systematic component. Parameters of condition of aircraft and atmosphere are controlled in addition to establish authenticity. Value of authenticity is controlled in interval of unauthenticity and systematic component of wind velocity is determined anew if it exceeds specified value after authenticity was established. Angle of sideslip is found by airspeed and angle of attack is determined by values of projections of aircraft speed on its symmetry plane in range from -180 to +180 degrees.
