PURPOSE: A system for creating a composition using the Internet network and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to complete a wanted writing and a literary work by combining extracted short messages being supplied through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: In a system for performing a writing creation using predetermined text information on the Internet, a database(210) stores text information constituted by various kinds of stories and member information. A managing server(230) stores text information being inputted from an exterior and member information being inputted through the Internet network(220), supplies the text information making a member connected through the Internet network(220) prepare a wanted creative writing, and stores a creative writing created by the member on the Internet through a combination of the text information in the database(210).
