PURPOSE: A method of a ticket reservation service in a voice is provided to enable a user to get a service of purchase in advance, confirmation of reservation, cancellation, and schedule for a ticket for an airplane, train, express bus, etc. with a user voice. CONSTITUTION: When a user connects to a server, the server delivers a greeting(S101). The server checks whether an announcement for the user exists(S102). The server requests to the user a resident registration number and a password for user authentication(S103,S104). The server authenticates the user through the resident registration number and the password(S105). The server progresses to a main menu(S108). The server announces a ticket reservation service for transportation through the main menu and requests the selection of transportation to the user(S109). The user selects desiring transportation provided by the ticket reservation service(S110). The server conducts detailed items such as purchase in advance(200), the confirmation of reservation(300), cancellation(400) and schedule(500) of a ticket for the selected transportation, and makes the user to select one. And the server performs a detailed process for the selected item. |
