CONSTITUTION: In an attended control device(20), a remote controller(23) connecting a plurality of control panels and a computer thereto controls signals on a status display(24) to enable a user to confirm an operation state of a remotely controlled system(11) in real time and outputs a control signal to the remotely controlled system(11) for remote control, wherein the plurality of control panels are connected to input and output ends of a PLC and the computer allows the recognition of current progress status through graphics by communication from an external. And a status control part(31) includes a control console(22) and a signal controller(21), wherein the control console(22) connects the plurality of control panels and the computer thereto to prevent unexpected errors of the remotely controlled system(11) due to internal or external causes and the signal controller(21) converts input signals or output signals into appropriate signals through optical communication with the control console(22). In an unattended control device(10) connected with the attended control device(20) through optical communication, a data analyzer(15) decides an internal status of the remotely controlled system(11) with signals outputted from sensors installed on the remotely controlled system(11). A remote signal processor(16) enables real-time signal transmission through optical signal transmission. And an emergency controller(13) performs emergent suspension if the remotely controlled system(11) is in an unstable state or errors are generated in each apparatus or device.
