PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting body which improves the discriminating power to other mobile phones by emitting light in a wide area when incoming of a call and to provide a mobile phone to which the light emitting body is attached. SOLUTION: A light emitting body 1 is provided with a light emitting part 2 where one or many light emitting elements 6 which emit light by the energy of an electromagnetic wave led from an antenna 4 are arranged in one side of a plate-like light radiation member 3 made of a transparent material like glass or a synthetic resin, and a face which reflects light from the light emitting part is formed in the peripheral part or on the inside of the light radiation member, and the mobile phone is provided with this light emitting body.
