PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket which enables a high density mounting of electronic components on a substrate. SOLUTION: The gasket 120 has a quadrangular pyramid shape and comprises a conductive member 121 formed of a conductive material and an adhesive 122 applied to the bottom face of the conductive member 121. Preferably, the conductive member 121 has an elasticity. When applying the gasket 120 in an electronic circuit board 200, there is no application of a resist or the like to a part of the electronic circuit board 200 in contact with a top end of the conductive member 121, and therefore the electronic circuit board 200 and the conductive member 121 are brought into electric contact with each other. When the conductive member 121 has an elasticity, the height of the conductive member 121 is such that the conductive member 121 is brought into contact with the electronic circuit board 200 with sufficient pressure, and the electronic circuit board 200 has no warp.
