MULTI-BEAM CELLULAR WIRELESS BASE STATION, MOBILE STATION AND SPREAD SPECTRUM SIGNAL TRANSMISSION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-beam cellular wireless base station that avoids interference between a common channel and an individual channel in the case of applying directivity control to the individual channel and to provide a mobile unit and a spread spectrum signal transmission method. SOLUTION: The multi-beam cellular wireless base station includes a 1st antenna that transmits a common channel by means of a common beam whose directivity pattern is predetermined, a 2nd antenna that transmits the individual channel for each mobile unit by means of an individual beam whose directivity pattern is formed by each mobile unit, and a changeover means that changes- over a transmission time period of the common beam and a transmission time period of the individual beam so as not to be in duplicate in periodic slots, and transmits the common beam and the individual beam by the same frequency.
