PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work management system and a work management method, to which this system is applied, capable of quickly facilitating proper countermeasures even when a worming condition such as rotation is changed or when a present worker is not able to work under the present working condition by using a server organization such as a WWW server. SOLUTION: A plurality of terminal equipment can be connected through an information transmitting path to a server organization so that recruiters who intend to hire workers can transfer information with a plurality of job seekers or present workers by using their own terminal equipment. The server organization is constituted of a candidate worker data list holding part 21, a working conditioned data holding part 22, a qualified worker extraction answer notifying part 23, a working condition change countermeasuring part 24, a worker replacement countermeasuring part 25, a pertinent worker data list holding part 26, and an attendance request transmitting part 27. |
