PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that mildew and bacterial breed inside a narrow space and on articles enclosed therein due to no circulation of air and much damp inside the narrow space such as a closet and that unpleasant odor caused by the mildew cannot be avoided. SOLUTION: In order to circulate air in the narrow space, a self-regulating semiconductor heater is enclosed as an air warming means in this ceramics coated heat pipe, and a current is applied to warm and circulate the air by a heating effect. Furthermore, far infrared rays and minus ion are radiated together with heat through ceramics coated on the surface of the pipe, to obtain antibacterial and mildew-proofing effects.
