PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device which can suppress a variation in the tension of a wire material due to the movement of a flier an can suppress the generation of a defective winding. SOLUTION: A winding device takes out wiring material W from the wire bobbin 40 to wind up around a work, by means of relative motion of the winding work with a flier 51 putting through the wire material W from the wire bobbin 40. The winding device is provided with a pulley as rotation transferring member rotatably arranged between the flier 51 and the wire bobbin 40 with wiring material W wound therearound for transferring power mutually with the wiring material W. Further, the device has a tension control means 62 for giving a predetermined resistance against rotation and a predetermined torque in the direction reverse to wire feed to create a predetermined tension to the wire material W, when the pulley rotates in the wire feeding direction by taking out the wire material W from a pulley 78; and for acting only the predetermined torque on the pulley 78 when the wire tension gets down below the predetermined tension. |
