PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a current from an analog circuit and a current from a digital circuit from being mixed through a substrate, and to reduce noise to an analog signal in a semiconductor chip where the analog and digital circuits are mixedly mounted. SOLUTION: An IC chip 1 is mounted on first and second conductor sections 11 and 12 on a printed circuit board 20 while the IC chip strides the conductor sections, and each of the conductor sections 11 and 12 is grounded, thus allowing the current from the analog circuit 2 based on a potential difference generated on a silicon substrate 6 of the IC chip 1 to flow into the ground from the first conductor section 11 via the silicon substrate 6, allowing the current from the digital circuit 3 to flow into the ground from the second conductor section 12 via the silicon substrate 6, and hence preventing the current from the analog circuit 2 and the current from the digital circuit 3 from being mixed via the silicon substrate 6. |
