PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly reproduce the exchange operation of a private branch exchange with time intervals, in the reproduction of the exchange operation. SOLUTION: A CPU 14 is set to a record mode, for connection of an extension terminal 2 to an ISDN line ISL, the CPU 14 stores a received message from the ISDN line ISL or input information from the extension terminal 2 in a system operation information area 161 of a RAM 16, together with the time stamp information and an office number or a terminal member accompanying with the input information. The CPU 14 is set to a reproduction mode and selectively reads the received message or input information stored in the system operation information area 161 of the RAM 16, together with the time stamp information attached thereto.
