PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated electronic component which is improved in reliability of connections between inner electrodes and terminal electrodes, and is easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: This laminated electronic component 10 has lead-out inner electrodes 32a, 34a that are formed for connections to terminal electrodes 19, 20 on outer faces, and laminates inner layers 32, 34 formed in a prescribed pattern. Electrode-evaporation preventing layers 31, 35 are arranged in the vicinity of the lead-out electrodes that correspond to the outermost inner layers 32, 34 which are closest to the surfaces 10a, 10b. The electrode-evaporation preventing layers makes evaporation of a component of the electrodes by firing in the manufacturing step difficult to occur. The lead-out inner electrodes are securely formed, and the terminal electrodes and the lead-out electrodes are securely connected. The electrode-evaporation preventing layers are preferably located in the surface sides. The spacing n, n' between the electrode-evaporation preventing layers and the outermost inner layers is preferably smaller than the spacing m, m' between the outermost layers and a plurality of inner electrode layers 33.
