SOLUTION: When the reason for being unable to carry out an operation directed by the user is that the operation is prohibited by the producer of the title or by the specifications of the device, the message 'The operation is prohibited by the producer of the title or by the specifications of the device.' is displayed, and when the operation cannot be carried out because no corresponding data exists, the message 'The operation cannot be carried out because no corresponding data is found.' is displayed.
