PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video monitor in which an object can be monitored by a video over a wide range to a high degree. SOLUTION: The video monitor comprises a camera 20 for acquiring the video of an object, and a video display 10A for displaying the video of the camera 20 only at a part of a monitor 30 and moving the displayed part of video on the monitor 30 as the camera 20 moves.
