Exercise wheel comprises a housing (1) with two sides, two handle bars (6) fixed to the two sides of the housing, and a chassis (12) held in the housing and having two side walls (12a). Two wheel units (2) each comprise a shaft (22) mounted between the side walls of the chassis, two wheels (21) mounted in the housing and connected by the shaft so that they rotate, and a torsion spring (4) having a coiled section mounted around the shaft, a first end (41) securely attached to the wheels, and a second end (42) securely attached to the housing or the chassis. The rotation of the wheels is stopped in the forward direction when the torsion spring is turned so that the coiled section of the torsion spring comes into contact with the outer periphery of the shaft.
