PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a preamble part becomes long and lower in line efficiency in the conventional burst wave receiver because the detection of burst wave arrival and the estimation of an initial phase difference and frequency deviation are sequentially carried out in the preamble part. SOLUTION: This burst wave receiver is provided with phase difference calculating means 2 and 3 for calculating a phase difference at the time of separating by one symbol, a burst wave arrival detecting means 15 for deciding whether or not a burst wave arrives based on the distribution state of the prescribed number of phase differences, and an initial phase difference/frequency deviation estimating means 16 for estimating an initial phase difference and frequency deviation based on a received signal and the prescribed number of phase differences. |
