PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inputted information display medium with good visibility wherein displayed letters are enlarged by superimposing a normal print layer and a transparent hologram layer on an inputted information displayed portion that is a key inputting portion of a cell phone and the like, and to provide a device comprising the inputted information display medium of good visibility. SOLUTION: When looking from a generally front side of the inputted information display medium 11, inputted information display disposed in a low layer is directly visible. When looking from an oblique direction to the front side, outside light around inputted information display medium 11 is diffracted and the inputted information recorded in the hologram layer 112 is visible, and the inputted information display disposed in a low layer substantially becomes invisible. When looking from a generally front side of the device 1 having the inputted information display portion, the inputted information display 111 disposed in the low layer is directly visible. When looking from an oblique direction to the front side, outside light around inputted information display medium 11 is diffracted and the inputted information recorded in the hologram layer 112 is visible, and the inputted information display disposed in a low layer substantially becomes invisible.
