PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card and a program of strong security capable of flexibly coping with security policies at various levels. SOLUTION: The IC card issued according to a predetermined security policy stores a key attribute, a downloading attribute and a secure messaging attribute. The key attribute sets a specified command whose utilization is permitted according to the security policy from commands utilizable for a key inside an IC card. The downloading attribute sets the security required for preparing a file under a directory file inside the IC card or downloading an application program. The secure messaging attribute sets secure messaging required for accessing the file inside the IC card. These pieces of attribute information verify an set the command executed to the IC card and decide execution propriety. |
