PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that there is no operation method useful for the site of a site operator who purchased excellent contents; even if a content market is opened capable of selling and buying excellent contents on the Internet, a technical method to protect the content having been purchased cannot be realized systematically; since all of the contents are book-marked in the personal computer of a user, the originality of the creator and the site operator of the contents cannot be protected; and since in conventional methods, the user must access a specified Web page through a specified Web page (front page, for example) by all means, it is difficult for the site operator to set a 'profitable' page for users with ease.
