PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem that a taxi user cannot even get rough information about a time and a fare required for reaching his or her destination before getting on a taxi and the problem that he or she cannot select and get on a taxi giving better conditions of required time and fare. SOLUTION: In a taxi call system using a mobile phone with GPS, the taxi user reports his or her destination together with his or her position recognized by GPS when using his or her mobile phone with GPS to call a taxi.
