PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device with reduced manufacturing cost and assembling time. SOLUTION: An upper knob 13 is rotatably mounted to a lower knob 11, and a movable contact 34 integrally rotates with the upper knob 13 when the upper knob 13 is made to rotate, and made to contact with and separate from a GND terminal 23 and the like. In this construction, as the GND terminal 23 and the like is directly held by the lower knob 11, and the movable contact 34 is directly held by the upper knob 13, an insulator holding the GND terminal 23 and the like, and a contact holder holding the movable contact 34 are disused, and manufacturing cost and assembling time are reduced.
