A star-heaven ceiling element is constructed with the total necessary technology (built-in lamp with socket, filament bulb, cable and transformer- all in low voltage technology), in ready-assembled fashion. It is equipped with built-in lamps (2) inserted in flush fashion which are cooled by large contact surfaces and cooling elements. In the assembly, only the transformer (5) is connected to the electric lead and the protective foils are to be pulled off from the lamps. The already built-in lamps do not radiate in disc-like but in point-like fashion. By extension of the original lamps and corresponding drilling out, other lamps can be inserted.
