ELECTRIC PRESSURE RICE COOKER

PURPOSE: An electric pressure rice cooker is provided to conveniently fasten an inner-container lid to an inner container or separate the inner-container lid by pushing a handle the moment turning the handle. CONSTITUTION: An electric pressure rice cooker comprises a moving plate(150) disposed between a cooker lid and an inner-container lid; a handle(160) having one end connected to the moving plate and the other end exposed to the outside of the cooker lid; a pair of moving levers(180) installed near both sides of the moving plate; and opening/shutting rings(190) formed to the other ends of the moving levers, as one body. The moving plate is led to a guide pin(142) of the inner-container lid and linearly moved back and forth on the top of the inner-container lid. The handle is led by a guide piece(170) fixed on the top of the inner-container lid and is elastically returned to the original position by a tension spring(162) interposed in the middle of the handle. The moving levers are selectively pushed to a protrusion for fixing of the moving plate and are linearly moved in the direction crossing with the progressing direction of the moving plate. The opening/shutting ring selectively locks the inner-container lid to the inner container while linearly moving in the circumferential direction. A stopper(164) formed in the middle of the handle maintains the pushed state of the handle and the unlocking of the opening/shutting ring is performed. The tension spring releases the pushed state of the handle, and the locking of the opening/shutting ring is performed.
