VEHICLE CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure control performance of a vehicle, which is dependent from capability of a general-purpose communication line for connecting respective component control parts in a system which performs cooperative control for a plurality of components mounted on the vehicle. SOLUTION: In this vehicle control system, an engage ECU 6 and an ATECU 7 which are necessary for the vehicle to run at least are directly connected separately from the ordinary information communication line L2 for connecting the respective ECUs, and an engine and AT dedicated line L1 is provided to transmit information of the engine ECU and the ATECU. Therefore, even when abnormalities occur in transmitting through the ordinary information communication line L2, the cooperative control for the engine ECU 6 and the ATECU 7 can be ensured, thus it is possible to ensure safety running of the vehicle, and safety of occupants in the vehicle.
