PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive double floor structure with good workability capable of providing high damping performance. SOLUTION: This double floor structure comprises a space 38 between two upper and lower floor materials. An aluminum highly rigid floor material 30 to be closely laid as the upper floor integrally has a floor panel part 30a, a circumferential part 30b vertically provided from the periphery of the floor panel part 30a and connected in the circumferential direction, and a reinforcing rib 30c laid over the circumferential part 30b. The lower end of the circumferential wall part 30b is raised on the floor bed material 52 of the lower floor in the lower part of the space 38 and supported by a stud bolt 20.
