PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane coating film waterproof structure having excellent weather resistance, capable of retaining an excellent solar heat-reflecting property for a long period and endowed with high waterproofness, and a resin composition for a coating used therefor. SOLUTION: The urethane coating film waterproof structure comprises a urethane resin layer and, formed thereon, a topcoat resin layer, where the topcoat resin layer is a layer obtained by curing with a polyisocyanate compound a resin composition comprising at least an acrylic polyol, obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable monomer component (x) comprising at least 0.1-10.0 wt.% of a polymerizable ultraviolet-stable monomer (a), 5.0-97.9 wt.% of a polymerizable monomer (b) bearing a cycloalkyl group and 2.0-35.0 wt.% of a polymerizable monomer (c) bearing a hydroxy group (provided that each polymerizable monomer constituting the polymerizable monomer component (x) is caused to add up to 100 wt.%), and 10-40%, in terms of volume concentration, based on the resin solids content, of titanium oxide.
