PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items and manufacturing processes so as to reduce cost in a transmission provided with a pair of cover members attachable to and detachable from a transmission case freely. SOLUTION: This transmission 10 is provided with three or more shaft members S8 to S10 arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval. When supporting both end parts of the shaft members S8 to S10 by a pair of clutch covers 63L, 63R attachable to and detachable from the transmission case 60 freely, three shaft members S8 to S10 are arranged in such a way that they are positioned at vertexes of an isosceles triangle (including an equilateral triangle) when viewed on a side, and shapes of the clutch covers 63L, 63R are set in such a way that they become line-symmetrical for a bisector L of the isosceles triangle to use a pair of clutch covers 63L, 63R in common.
