PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a laser emission control corresponding correctly to pixel data. SOLUTION: There are provided a conversion circuit 1 for converting a 6-bit input pixel data D to a pixel data D1 developed to 32 bits, a data conversion circuit 2 for serially converting the pixel data D1 to an 8-bit pixel data D2, a data conversion circuit 3 for converting to an 8-bit pixel data D3 including additional data corresponding to a predetermined input number not larger than 8 for correct laser emission by carrying out a logical ring computation of the predetermined input number, and a serial conversion circuit 4 for serially converting the pixel data D3 to a 1-bit pixel data signal ON. Consecutive 8 data from the pixel data D2 and a pixel data Dd2 as the pixel data D2 of one preceding pixel can be set as an input by the predetermined input number.
