PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality printed sheet for molding by which the improvement of visual recognizability by an outdoor light and the development of a vivid color can be achieved and a key top member for a push-button switch using the printed sheet for molding. SOLUTION: This printed sheet 10 for molding is structured of a sublimable printing layer 2 with a desired design printed by sublimable thermal transfer, sandwiched and laminated at least between a transparent thermoplastic resin layer 1 and a thermoplastic resin layer 3. In addition, the key top member for a push-button switch is molded by covering a plurality of key tops arranged at a specified interval by the printed sheet 10 for molding.
