A thermosetting composition which is excellent especially in storage stabili ty and material properties of its cured article and is usable in automotive bod y sealers and undercoats. The composition is characterized by being obtained b y incorporating a blocked urethane prepolymer or blocked polyisocyanate compou nd as a thermosetting material and a latent hardener therefor into an acrylic s ol obtained by dispersing, into a plasticizer, a filler and acrylic resin particles having a core/shell structure having such a gradient that the monomer unit proportion changes from the core to the shell multistep-wise or continuously.
