PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing/dispensing device which is equipped with a pump and can be operated for a period as much long as possible regardless of a position where the device is placed, or a position where the device is placed horizontally. SOLUTION: The device is in container shape with a bag body constituting a flexible wall portion for housing a product arranged therein. The bag body is connected to an airless pump having a dipping tube with its free end positioned substantially at the middle in the axial direction of the bag body, and has at least one passage which allows the air to come to the outside of the bag body when the product is discharged out of the bag body. The pressure in the bag body is maintained at a level lower than or substantially the same as the atmospheric pressure before the device is initially used. |
