PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deposit a dense thermal spray coating film containing small contents of oxides or decomposition products on the surface of a substrate with an excellent adhesive property by a low-temperature, high-speed thermal spraying, and to provide an method of applying and forming the thermal spray coating membrane having excellent physical and chemical properties such as high temperature oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance or thermal conductiv ity on the surface of the substrate. SOLUTION: The low temperature thermal spray coated member is obtained by making the particles of a thermal spraying material to come into collision with the surface of the substrate and depositing while keeping a low-temperature of <=300 deg.C by the high-speed thermal spraying of >=500 m/sec flying speed to form the low-temperature thermal spray coating membrane. |
