PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subcool type condenser incorporating both a liquid storage function section and a moisture removing function section without reducing the area of a radiating section. SOLUTION: A condenser comprising two headers interconnected through a plurality of heat exchanger tubes extending in parallel is sectioned into a core for condensing refrigerant, and a core for subcooling the refrigerant condensed in the refrigerant condensing core wherein a part of a first header located on the inlet side of the subcool core and corresponding at least to the inlet part of the subcool core is arranged as a refrigerant liquid storing section. In such a subcool type condenser, drying agent is contained in any one header.
