PURPOSE: Provided is a silica rubber composition, which uses a recycled soap produced by using waste edible oil instead of quantity of processing oil and expensive dispersing aid, and which shows improved dispersion of silica in rubber, and improved viscosity and physical property. CONSTITUTION: The silica rubber composition comprises 3-12 phr of dispersing agent with respect to 100 phr of rubber material. The rubber material is selected from natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, or mixture thereof. The dispersing agent is a recycled soap produced by using waste edible oil. Particularly, the composition comprises 100 phr of rubber material consisting of 80 phr of styrene-butadiene rubber and 20 phr of butadiene rubber, 70 phr of silica, 12 phr of coupling agent, 5 phr of activator, 1.5 phr of sulfur, 3.0 phr of hardening agent, and 3 phr of dispersing agent(recycled soap). |
