<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of easily molding a core, which has a complicated shape curved in a cylindrical or spiral state, used in the arm band of a hemomanometer and capable of reducing cost by simplifying the structure and operation of a mold to be used to increase productivity. SOLUTION: The mold is constituted by forming a cavity between a fixed mold body 8, a movable mold body 9 movable forward with respect to the fixed mold body 8, a slide body 10 on a fixed side freely slidable in a slide direction with respect to the fixed mold body 8 and the core 11 arranged inside them and providing the holes 14 communicating with the cavity of which the interior is wider than an inlet to the mold opening surface of the movable mold body 9. A heated molten resin is injected in the mold to be cooled and solidified to mold the core 3, of which the cross-sectional shape is curved in a cylindrical or spiral state, having hooking pins 18.</p> |
