PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safely usable and inexpensive emulsion composition. SOLUTION: This emulsion composition has good emulsifiability during dilution without adding an emulsifying agent by combining 3 or more kinds of organic solvents. The organic solvents are (1) polyalkylbenzenes, polyalkylnaphthalenes or mixed solvents thereof, (2) N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and (3) one or more kinds selected from ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, propylene glycol or glycerol.
