PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit equipped with a balcony floor, which is capable of reducing the man-hour of the building unit processing at a factory. SOLUTION: A building unit 1 comprises a box type building unit main body 2 having a space portion 27 below an opened upper surface 26 and a waterproof balcony floor portion 3 which is panelized in advance, and the balcony floor portion 3 is dropped to the space portion 27 and attached in a watertight state as the feature.
