PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily transmit an image to the train side without requiring a precise adjustment of the optical axis, and without being influence by a curved shape of a platform. SOLUTION: Telecameras 11a to 11c are installed on the platform 1 of a station, and photograph the platform 1, a front part, a central part, and a rear part of a train 2. A picture signal photographed by the telecameras 11a to 11c is modulated by FM, and is synthesized as a signal of 3 CH, and is inputted to an LED driving device 13. While, the LED driving device 13 is arranged in the forefront part of a platform fence 14, and an LED light transmitter 15 is arranged horizontally long on the side opposed the train 2. A light receiving part 16 arranged outside the forefront part of the train 2 so as to be opposed to a central part of the LED light transmitter 15 when the train 2 stops in a specified position of the platform 1. A light signal from the LED light transmitter 15 is received by the light receiving part 16, and is converted into a high frequency signal. The picture signal of three channels is demodulated by a demodulating circuit, and is displayed on a triple LCD monitor device 18 arranged in a driver's seat of the train 2. |
