PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition which is useful for an oil-base ballpoint and can form a good handwriting not only on paper but also on other various surfaces, such as the surface of a non-permeable material (e.g. glass or a plastic) or a fibrous material (e.g. a fabric). SOLUTION: This ink composition contains a colorant, an organic solvent having a vapor pressure of 5.0-50 mmHg at 20 deg.C (e.g. n-propyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol or propylene glycol monomethyl ether) as the main solvent, and a shear viscosity reducing agent. |
