PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency grille for windows, which enables installation of the grille even in the presence of an obstacle, etc., outside a window opening of a building and enables securement of an emergency exit of a required width even in a case of a small aspect width of the window opening. SOLUTION: The emergency grille for the windows is constituted by disposing many grille members 6 in a grille frame 5 formed of left and right vertical frames 2 and 3 and upper and lower horizontal frames 4. The emergency grille is composed of a fixed grille part 7, which is fixed to the window opening O of the building and whose required part is formed with the emergency exit Q, a movable grille part 8 for opening/closing the emergency exit Q, and a locking means 9 for locking the grille part 8 to a closed position.
