PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for drilling a printed board capable of performing drilling of the printed circuit board and inspection of a drilled hole easily and at low cost. SOLUTION: This device for drilling a printed circuit board drills a printed board 105 with a drill 101 and is provided with a drilling device drilling by entering the drill 101 while rotating the same from a front surface of the printed board 105 and a CCD camera 103 for observing the drilled hole and a tip of the drill 101 from a back surface side of the printed board 105.
