PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a heat exchanger having an excellent performance. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger comprises a core 200 obtained by laminating a tube 210 for distributing a medium and waveform fins 220, and a tank 300 to which the ends of the tube are connected. The exchanger heat exchanges the medium by a heat transferred to the core. The exchanger is obtained by assembling the tube, the fins and the tank, heat treating them and brazing them. The exchanger is further obtained by providing a plurality of the cores, providing the fins to bridge over the plurality of the cores at the time of brazing, and cutting the fins after the brazing. In this case, the fins are each obtained by molding a plate 220A, and a cutout 221 corresponding to the cutting of the fin is provided on the plate.
