PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve device which does not preclude the reciprocation of a needle. SOLUTION: A cover 30 covers a space on a counter spool side of a plunger 17. The cover 30 has a stopper 31 at a central portion for locking the plunger 17. An isolating inner wall 32 encircles an outer periphery wall on the counter spool side of the plunger 17 and has a communication hole at the upper part for communication between an interior and an exterior of the isolating inner wall 32. An isolating outer wall 33 of the cover 30 has contact with the end face on the counter spool side of a yoke 11. A communication hole 33a is formed on the opposite side to the communication hole of the isolating inner wall 32 for communication between an interior and an exterior of the cover 30. A breathing path 101 for communication between a space 100 in the interior of the isolating inner wall 32 as a space on the counter spool side of the plunger 17 and the exterior of the cover 30 is bent in the opposite direction. A diaphragm 70 is fitted to an end 53 of a spool 50 on side of the plunger 17 for movement with the reciprocation of the spool 50.
