PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a front opening capable of easily taking out the male genital organ from the front opened part during urination and preventing the residual urine and leakage of the residual urine in an underwear for men. SOLUTION: This underwear for men is obtained by forming connecting lines (4 and 4A) of front cloths (2 and 2A) to a waist cloth (1) into a balloon type curve in order to prepare the front opening eliminating the residual urine and enabling comfortable urination with the front opening of the underwear for the males. Thereby, front openings (5 and 5A) can be formed into straight lines. Furthermore, the points of crotch end positions (6 and 7) of the front cloths (2 and 2A) are lowered from the male genital organ (P) by adjusting contact points of the crotch end positions (6 and 7) to a stitch line (10) of the crotch bottom. The front split is prevented and the tightening force for the male genital organ is minimized by superimposing the overlap of both cloths (2 and 2A) into the V shape. Although the case is the same in trunks, a magnetic button is used for preventing the front split. Thereby, taking out of the male genital organ and urination area made easy.
