PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly realize giving and releasing of binding forces to and from respective binding legs and further easily realize insertion of the binding legs in inserting passages by a method wherein respective shifting members are shifted in synchronism with each other. SOLUTION: A binding tool 10 consists of a base 15 equipped with a plurality of inserting passages 14 for respectively inserting a plurality of the binding legs 13 therein, the shifting members 16, which are provided in the base 1 and respectively provided positions corresponding to the inserting passages 14, and an operating part 17, which operates the shifting members 16 under the state being connected with each other. The respective shifting members 16 are provided so as to allow to open and close the inserting passages 14 and, at the same time, to grant the binding forces to the binding legs 13 under the state blocking the inserting passages 14 therewith. When the operating part 19 is operated predeterminatively, the respective shifting members 16 are provided shiftably in synchronism with each other between the blocked positions of the respective inserting passages 14 and their released positions.
