PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leader support device capable of facilitating fixing to a rugged outer wall of a building and preventing a leader fitting from being separated from the outer wall by an external shock. SOLUTION: This leader support device is formed by the leader fitting 1 having a holding part 10 for holding a leader at on end of an arm part 11 and a fixing part 12 at the other end, a rail member vertically hung along the outer wall of a building, and a fixing block for fitting the rail member at the upper and lower end parts to the outer wall surface. The fixing part 12 of the vertical fitting 1 is fitted and fixed to the rail member. The rail member is slidably passed through a penetrating hole 13 of the fixed part 12 of the leader fitting 1, and the tip claw of a snap ring is fitted in a slit groove formed in the outer peripheral surface of the rail member through a slit hole 15 provided in a cylinder wall 14 having the penetrating hole 13, thereby fixing the fixing part 12 of the leader fitting 1.
