PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guardrail foundation structure having desired strength and stable quality, usable at any construction site without adversely affecting retaining walls. SOLUTION: The guardrail foundation structure is constructed of a plurality of precast concrete blocks 30. The precast concrete blocks are connected to one another along the longitudinal direction of a guardrail to form the guardrail foundation structure as an integral one.
