PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily usable tide gate designed for gaining approval from people living in an area where it will be installed. SOLUTION: The tide gate which raises and lowers a door by inflating an air bag with air pressure is provided at the upper end of a tide embankment.
