PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size, weight and the number of parts of an automatic transmission by constructing a ratchet type one-way clutch and a bearing into one assembly unit. SOLUTION: This one-way clutch assembly 1, 10 comprises a ratchet type one-way clutch portion 20 composed of an inner ring 2 and an outer ring 22 arranged coaxially, a pawl 23 to be fitted to a recessed portion 27 provided on one of the inner ring and the outer ring for transmitting torque and an energizing member 24 for energizing the pawl and inducing fitting, and a bearing portion 40 laid between the inner ring and the outer ring.
